Coaching is problem solving driven by curiosity.

Coaching understands that the person being coached is resourceful, has the answers within, and is fully capable of arriving at insightful solutions. You are already enough!! You're allowed to think out loud, be quiet, be talkative, be excited, scared, frustrated, or confused. You can laugh. You can say "let's go a different direction." You can gain insight. You can grow!

I will bring genuine curiosity, the ability to "hold space" for you, and the capacity to create a very safe place. I will be completely present and completely listening. I bring no agenda but a willingness to encourage, challenge and reflect strengths, observations, and blind spots back to you. There is no judgement in this space when you're willing to grow and learn from where you are.

Together we find clarity. We understand. We plan, dream and move forward. Together we solve the problems.

Founder and CEO Enthusiastic, positive, and unashamedly supportive of all, I hope to make a difference every day, even in small ways. I love learning new things, connecting with people and always want to be moving forward. Married to my best friend, Raphael, we have 2 awesome nearly grown children and two spoiled doggos. I love walking in good weather, reading, gardening (the fun stuff not the hard stuff!), all kinds of crafts (scrapbooking, quilting, crochet, etc.) and spending as much time with my family as they will allow!
